Service Technician - Spencer, IA Area

About the Position

You will mainly travel to customers' locations to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical problems with their copiers, multifunction products, printers, scanners, and fax systems - whether stand alone or tied into a network. This position requires accurate completion of necessary paperwork, including service histories, parts usage/inventory, time sheets and more. You will also need to be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

About the Candidate

We're looking for an individual with strong communication and customer service skills, a strong, professional work ethic, and the ability to work independently. The qualified candidate will also have a good mechanical and electronics aptitude, as well as a good driving record and reliable transportation. Networking knowledge is a plus.

The candidate must also be able to continually learn new products and methods, and actively participate in ongoing training programs.
